Shipping & Returns

All orders are filled with-in 2-5 business days. Orders placed during a drop can take up to 5 business days to fill. If you need a rush, please email me at: Kristi@evelynlanebows.com **Priority shipping does NOT mean rush, you HAVE to email or let me know your order is a rush**

Standard shipping $4.75 flat rate or FREE shipping on orders of $35 or more! Tracking number is emailed once items are shipped. Please keep an eye on your tracking number. Once packages leave our office I can only see what you see on Tracking :)

Priority shipping is a flat rate of $9. Priority will have your package come to you faster after we complete and ship but does NOT affect Turn Around Time.

*Due to Covid-19 USPS delivery times are slower than normal. Once an item is shipped, I can only see the same tracking information that you see.

*If your package is returned to me via 'return to sender' I will reach out to you to verify correct address or reason why it was sent back. Please remember to put apartment or additional delivery information in your shipping address to cut down on this possibility.
